Different Seasons and Dates
Deer Hunting: Archery season opens Oct 1 across the state and the first firearm deer season opens the Friday before Thanksgiving statewide.

Turkeys
Spring turkey season and fall turkey are both available during the year. Opening dates for the spring season vary across the state. Look up turkey hunting regulations at the DNR Website. Keep in mind though that you can only shoot the males in the spring. The easiest way to spot a male is the beard
Small Game
The upland (small animals) game season starts the first Saturday in November statewide. Examples of these animals would be rabbits, opposums, raccoons, and squirrels
Waterfowl & Dove
Opening dates for waterfowl vary across the state. Dove Hunting opens September 1st statewide
Coyotes
Seeing as Coyote's are varmits, you can shoot them year round as long as you have a valid hunting license. I would personally advise not touching them after you kill them though because they are the worst things you will ever smell in your life.
